In 1981, school spending money on teacher's salaries is almost half of the whole spending which is 40%, whereas other workers salaries, resources example - books & furniture & equipment comprise of almost equal percentage to be spent by the school; whereas the insurance comprises of very low that is only 2% of the whole chart. In 1991, total school expenditure on teachers' salaries has become exact half that is 50% of the whole. The other workers' salaries & resource example book is having almost equal proportion, whereas the furniture and equipment has a drastic decrease from 15% to 5% only.
