how to approach a client? or how to gain trust of a client?

So firstly take up on few free services or activity through we could develop our work and mainly our profile. That could give an idea to the other person and more importantly it will be a good reference for us also over the time. Then slowly and steadily learn about the surroundings of the field that you are working on so that will also gives us an idea about how much others are charging and you could charge any client. Also, over the time think of improving your content or services that are being provided in a good way only. Then we could start from charging half of the price and whether we are confident we should increase our price only if our work is better than yesterday. Coming back to approaching the client: draft a good small but a bit detailed template about what we are doing and what we are into and how we could help them with their business or any activity. We could use AI butwe should do our best to provide our wordings, thus it should be fine if the AI writes for you but there should be that personal touch from us included and aligning with our core good values. Also, it's all about we could give our best in trying so just message them and move onto next one. Similarly i believe the more the merrier, the more messages, the more chances of good opportunities. Also, if possible trying to learn the client's business or profile and then modifying the message accordingly would be more beneficial. Most importantly the work done in the past and being done currently should speak for itself. All we could do is just give our best and rest lies on destiny but one important miss is to be polite and calm every single time while dealing with anyone that would be a bigger challenge but it could be dealt with. One more important point is that it may vary from person to person about everything like few may look out for something or other but politeness or kindness will surely stand out every single time. Recently it happened that the organization I am a part of, its ceo/founder denied an opportunity just because it was not aligning with the company's core values of team's well-being. So sometimes that difficult decision also may need to be taken that while the offer would be quite good in montary basis but may made us mentally exhausted. Also it's all about the continuous process of learning over every time.
