This post is about sharing a very good and kind and supportive experience from work. So usually once in a while like lets say after a week or two or not more than a month, i write a riddle about one specific person describing the person in away what and how important role that person is playing within the team or supporting each other and going beyond apart from it describing that persons expertise in some specific field or give some easy hints to guess for others. Just think how it will be feeling when i am writing about that person and then in one of the call i ask the team to come on camera and then present the detaisls and present kind of award to that particulat lerson and it really makes the moment. Dont know about others but it makes me feel too good and emotional. This is allbabout at client side team. I wish i could share the screenshot frok my last connect but due to confidentiality policy could not.
