Can’t Read Books? Try This 5-Minute Habit Instead (It Actually Works)
Hi, namaste Krishna. So, um today I'll be sharing a very good habit that I have developed over the time and it has helped me a lot knowingly unknowingly. Um so basically you need to do is yes book you need to read a book. Okay, if you could read a book well best fantastic uh but if not uh you may get bored out of it. So do what I used to do and still been doing it. Uh search for it on Google or CHP or anywhere which are the good books for be it motivational be it inspirational and uh on go on YouTube and type out uh the book summary of that particular book and try to watch it on a daily basis. Uh it will just take around 5 to 10 minutes and you could also watch it on 2x. It's just you need to watch it for once. You just need to have a glance of it. That's it. That should be I could assure that it will be really really helpful you for you after a time. Uh which you may not even know about it. Um so this is a very good practice that I will keep it and try to also watch out some uh the peaceful wives things like um uh maybe it could be some it could be anyone that uh teaches you that reaches you in a good way in a positive way in a wise way um that could calm you out that could help you in your life.
