Struggling to Meditate? Try This Simple 1–100 Method (5 Minutes)

 Hi, so today we are going to discuss how to meditate easily in your daily life. Um, so it's like very simple but effective method that you could use across your routine and uh you could make full use out of it. Um so it's like uh prefer a location or sit somewhere uh meaning as in uh where you see the people coming and going or the birds or the natural uh things like again birds and all they are moving to and fro so that u you could count on them basically uh it's it's u like simply counting from 1 to 100. Um so what will happen is that when you will start counting uh the mind will distract you and it will not allow you to concentrate on one thing. So you could start with that and you could you could count uh people coming and going and slowly 1 to 100 uh in one go non-stop because uh yeah again as I said like mind will disturb you but you have to be strong in it and you could you could uh do it properly and uh later on uh during night also you could just simply count from 1 to 100 and uh you could say affirmation words as well if if if possible that also would be really helpful. Um, but yeah, this thing has uh this thing will take efforts and uh once you are used to it, it it will surely help you after a go. Uh to add to it, um if you would like to make it more difficult, um you could try counting from 100 to one. Um again, slowly and easily, slowly and steadily. Um yeah, as as they say, like slow and steady wins the race. So um um wishing you the best but um yeah it may be difficult at a point but uh you have to go non-stop from 1 to 100 and 100 to one uh make sure in one go uh so at least you just have to take out 5 to 10 minutes max and uh it it will definitely help you after a time for sure.
