IELTS Writing Task
The given charts describe the cost that the school spends as expenditure on different things like for example teachers, salaries, furniture & equipment, books, etc. in the UK. The comparison can be made between three different years with a gap of containing 10 years - 1981, 1991, 2001.
In 1981, school spending money on teacher's salaries is almost half of the whole spending which is 40%, whereas other workers salaries, resources example - books & furniture & equipment comprise of almost equal percentage to be spent by the school; whereas the insurance comprises of very low that is only 2% of the whole chart. In 1991, total school expenditure on teachers' salaries has become exact half that is 50% of the whole. The other workers' salaries & resource example book is having almost equal proportion, whereas the furniture and equipment has a drastic decrease from 15% to 5% only. The insurance cost has been almost equal to in 1981 which is 3%. In 2001 every category has been evenly distributed except the same as the teachers' salaries which comprises of 45% in whole. The other categories are evenly distributed having less gap in between them.
Thus it can be concluded that in the every given year that is 1981, 1991, & 2001 the teachers' salaries has been importantly considered of which covers almost or exactly half of the proportion of the total school spending the money on given fields; whereas the insurance has been less taken care of.

IELTS Academic Writing Task 1
There is given percentage of the students who leaves the school for gaining higher education. 14% of students leave school in 1987, whereas in 2007 it has increased to 35%. The chart given compares the employment in between two distinct years i.e. 1987 & 2007 with a gap of 20 years.
It can be said from the chart that in 1987 the three types were evenly distributed, whereas the earning more than double the national average was the highest that is 46%; whereas in 2007 earning more than & less than national average has divided almost equally & partitioned the total percentage.
Thus it can be said from the comparison that the unemployment up to some extent depends on the students leaving the school for higher education. As there is a decrease from 11% in 1987 to 3% only in 2007, but the earning more than double national average has decreased with time from 18% in 1987 to 5% in 2007.
IELTS Writing Task
The chart given shows the comparison between three European countries - Germany, France, and Italy. The profit is shown of different items which are in million euros. There is a comparison made between the profit made by the sales of the products in the year 1997 & 2007.
Thus as it can be seen from the graph that in all three cities, the profit is made much more as compared to the other products. Amongst which the profit made by the company in Germany is the highest. We can say that there is the same scenario in 2007 as the profit made by the CDs bought in the shop is more.
Thus it can be said that in 1997 there were no internet downloads done. The conventional products like Cassettes, Vinyl singles & CPs were used. Then in the gap of 10 years, the profit made by cassettes & vinyl singles & CDs have totally vanished. The CDs bought online & Internet downloads profits were increased, whereas CDs bought in shops was decreased.

Given pie chart contains information about the indexed Australian Share Portfolio. It contains each and every service or item information which has been used or contributes to usage in Australia.
The most shares are consumed by the materials & financials which is 30.44% & 26.66% respectively that consumes a larger part in pie-chart.
Then the pie chart also consists of many services or items like energy, consumer staple, listed properties, industrials which make around 34% in total. It all collectively makes one-third of the pie chart.
Then there are few items which are negligible as compared to other items or services like for example Consumer Discretionary, Health Care, Utilities, Info Technology and others. They altogether can only make around 6% of the whole. In individual they are a much smaller proportion in the chart comparatively.

1 Executive Summary
Human's intelligence makes them separate from computers. The different chores that are yet not possible for the machine to do it on its own; but are been able to be done by a human. One of the chores is handwriting recognition. Although, handwriting recognition in the handwritten documents has been considered as one of the important areas of the research over the past few decades and due to which numerous automatic handwritten systems are evolved by various researchers in earlier times. The handwriting recognition system generally composed of many phases amongst which preprocessing, feature extraction, and classification are the main steps in the available approaches. Artificial Neural Network can be demonstrated as the rescuer in the evolvement of an accurate and efficient handwritten text recognition system. Maybe pattern recognition is the most standard application of neural networks.[2]
A neural network is a network or circuit of neurons, or in a modern sense, and artificial neural network, made up of nodes or artificial neurons.[3] Handwriting recognition is defined as the potential of a machine to accept and simplify handwritten input from various sources like documents, images, smartphones, etc.[4] Conventionally handwriting recognition is divided into online and offline recognition.[5] The automatic transformation of letter codes from the text in a picture that is consumed in the applications that process text and inside the computer is involved in the off-line handwriting recognition. The automatic transformation of the text which is inscribed on Personal Digital Assistant or a special digitizer where a sensor detects pen-up/pen-down shifting and also the movements of the pen-tip is involved in the on-line handwriting recognition.[4]

Because of the strange character's presence or resemblance in shapes of various characters, it has emerged that handwritten character recognition becomes difficult. The characters are divided into single characters and for getting a clean image, the scanned image is pre-processed. Normalization, filtration is done with the usage of processing steps results in clean and noise-free outcome under pre-processing work. The system desired result with effectiveness can be achieved by governing algorithms with assessment, proper training, and other step-by-step procedure. For achieving finer English characters recognition output, some geometric and statistical features must be used.[6] Artificial Neural networks can be used in handwriting recognition which can be done using a feed-forward backpropagation algorithm that is applied to the collection of data at a specific time. Handwriting recognition can be done effectively by using proper methods with accuracy and method complexity. Maybe pattern recognition is the most standard application of neural networks. 3.3.3 Neural Networks for Handwritten English Alphabet Recognition
This article depicts the usage of neural networks for producing a system that recognizes handwritten English characters. In this method, each English alphabet is represented by binary values which are used as input to a simple feature extraction system, whose output is given to the neural network system. The system has been proposed and developed for recognizing handwritten English alphabets. This article describes an off-line handwritten alphabetical character recognition system which uses various layer feed-forward neural network. For training the neural network, 50 different datasets consisting of 26 alphabets described by diverse people each; For testing 570 distinct handwritten alphabetical characters. 3.3.7 Fuzzy Based Handwritten Character Recognition System
This article depicts a fuzzy technique for recognizing handwritten characters. For the recognition and depiction of fuzzy character, fuzzy logic and sets are used as ground. This article presents an algorithm that is based on fuzzy that firstly divides the character and then gives the possible characters which match with the input given using the fuzzy system and finally recognizes the character using the defuzzification system.[6]
3.3.8 Recognition for Handwritten English Letters: A Review
In the subject of Image processing, Character recognition is one of the most challenging and interesting research areas. In the last half-century, character recognition of English has been comprehensively studied. For character recognition, various techniques are used widely currently. Different application fields of digital document processing are digital library, postal addresses reading, entry of data, health insurance, tax forms, loans, verification of documents, bank deposit slips reading, cheques information extraction, credit card applications, etc. This article gives an outline of exploration done for the handwritten English letters’ recognition. There is no restraint on the style of writing in handwritten text. As a result of varied styles in human handwriting, angle variation, and letters shape and size it is strenuous to recognize Handwritten letters. Along with their execution, handwritten character recognition varied methods are considered in the article.[6]
3.3.9 An Overview of Character Recognition Focused on Off-Line Handwriting
Character Recognition has been comprehensively learned in the last 50 years and developed sufficiently for producing technology-driven applications. Today, the computational power that is flourishing quickly makes us able to implement the present Character Recognition methods and generates a growing demand for many prominent application domains that requires more advanced methods.[6]
3.3.10 Offline Handwritten English Numerals Recognition using Correlation Method
The author has presented the system which successfully recognizes the offline handwritten digits with greater accuracy than the works done previously in this article. Also, the handwritten number recognition systems were capable to recognize only single digits and the systems were not able to recognize multiple digits at a time. Thus, the author is trying to concentrate on efficiently performing partitioning for separating the digits.[6]
3.4 Future Prospects
Due to the methods of feature extraction like character geometry and gradient technique are utilized in the method does not categorize different languages characters, the method can be elongated for the classification of languages independently from the images of other languages with few changes. For attaining a greater accuracy rate, the filtration of divided characters can be done. By including few more features besides the prevailing ones, the neural network performance can be increased. By training the neural network with a greater number of images for testing, the classification ratio can be enlarged.[1] The handwriting recognition using a neural network's work can be taken forward for other language character recognition. Text format can be obtained by using it for the conversion of the fax and the newspapers. For classifying, multiple Artificial Neural Network can be used for recognizing words, sentences, or paragraphs. Also, for reading postal addresses in the post office it can be used.[6]
4 Conclusions
Handwriting systems can be used for recognizing plenty of different regional languages having distinct writing styles applying respective algorithms and strategies. Because of the strange character's presence or resemblance in shapes of various characters, it has emerged that handwritten character recognition becomes difficult. The characters are divided into single characters and for getting a clean image, the scanned image is pre-processed. Normalization, filtration is done with the usage of processing steps results in clean and noise-free outcome under pre-processing work. The system desired result with effectiveness can be achieved by governing algorithms with assessment, proper training, and other step-by-step procedure. For achieving finer English characters recognition output, some geometric and statistical features must be used.[6] Artificial Neural networks can be used in handwriting recognition which can be done using a feed-forward backpropagation algorithm that is applied to the collection of data at a specific time. Handwriting recognition can be done effectively by using proper methods with accuracy and method complexity. Handwriting recognition can be done by using feature extraction, clustering, matching of the pattern; but it can be said as per the research done that the higher accuracy, efficiency, and reliability can be achieved by using neural networks.[5]

How to wake up early easily in the morning?
First of all, when you sleep today at night, try to take 6 or fewer hours of sleep only for the next day. This way you will definitely face difficulty in staying awake the next day a little bit. For that, you can do one thing: whenever you feel like sleeping so much try doing something interesting which makes you alert like playing games, going for a walk outside, etc. Don't sleep in the afternoon for a single minute. This way when you will be coming by the end of the day, you will definitely feel tired and sleepy. Thus sleep early as possible around 9-10 pm and set the alarm for 6-7 hours that is around 4-5 am only so that it gets to repeat and you can wake up early regularly. Trust me you will feel refreshed and do some exercise in the morning itself, not excess on the very first day; increase the workout slowly day by day.

McDonald's - The Founder
I crossed ways with a wonderful series on Netflix which one can get an idea from the title: The Founder. In the series, it is showed that how a 52-year-old gentleman crosses the way with a unique idea of the Speeding System. Then the way he franchises is the awesome thing to watch. So at some point, it can be felt wrong for the McDonald brothers but then as Kreg(the man behind the idea of franchising) discuss with the Dick McDonald in the washroom about why Kreg just didn't run away by stealing the idea and run up on its own, why he has been stuck with them, that clarifies much. The brothers were not ready to accept the change, which makes them stay at the place. Whereas Kreg has the vision, persistence in him which leads him to the most successful franchise all over the world in the name of McDonald's.

There should be room for the employer in the company where the one is working. Every object has to be left out of the room at a safe place so that the one can properly concentrate on the one task for some time which is the most productive one. As soon as the one realizes that the work is not being productive, they can stroll out for some activity or some meditation through which they can rejoice themselves and get back to work with more energy.
